Public Workshop: Putnam Plaza Redesign

Did you know that Putnam Triangle Plaza located at Fulton Street and Grand Avenue in Clinton Hill is currently constructed with temporary materials? Come out Monday, September 15, 2014 and give your input on the redesign of Putnam Triangle Plaza as it becomes transformed into a permenant public space. FAB Alliance, New York City Department of Transportation and the NYC Department of Design + Construction are partnering on this important redesign discussion. Your input is an important part for the upcoming redesign discussions as Putnam Triangle Plaza becomes a permanent public space for the community to enjoy for years to come.

When: Monday, September 15th 2014, 6-8PM
Where: 966 Fulton Street (at Grand Ave) across from Putnam Triangle Plaza.
Directions: Subway:  C to "Clinton-Washington", walk 2-blocks East; Bus: B25 or B26 to Grand Avenue; BikeShare: Docking Station at Fulton and Grand
What: This is an opportunity for the public to come and give input about what they would like to see in the redesigned plaza. Agenda items include:
  • Ways to improve public space
  • Plans to create safer streets
  • New permanent design elements
  • Next steps and project timeline
