FAB Assistance Grants for BID Assessment - In an effort to ease the financial burden that the addition of the Business Improvement District (BID) Assessment may have placed on our local businesses on Fulton Street (and parts of Lafayette, Greene and Putnam Avenues), the FAB Alliance in partnership with the office of City Council Member Letitia James and the Pratt Area Community Council, are offering up to $500 in grant assistance toward the initial assessment. This assistance will be targeted to merchants in the FAB Alliance Business Improvement District who are required in their lease to pay the additional charge of the BID Assessment or merchants who own their property and therefore are required to pay the assessment.

Application Deadline: March 12, 2010, 5:00pm (EST).
Please fill out the 4-page application completely and be sure to sign it and submit all documents as required to the following address:
