Today the NYC-based non-profit desigNYC announced 16 winners for its “Recharging Communities” projects, which pairs nonprofits serving the public good with civic-minded design professionals who share their expertise on a pro bono basis. The design professionals are from a mix of architecture, landscape, interiors, communication, interactive and service design disciplines and will work with the nonprofits throughout the year.....
